Oven-sweet potatoes are a simple dish that can be prepared without much effort. While the sweet potatoes are stewing in the oven, you can prepare the dip in a relaxed way. This fits, for example, a quinoa salad or a carrot salad. The sweet potatoes are very rich and well-fed, but a few vitamins can not hurt. Moreover, they are rather soft, as a crisp salad fits perfectly. But the best thing about this dish is that it cooks on its own - the sweet potatoes are simply cut in half and put into the oven.

What looks like guacamole is a delicious pea and coriander dip! Of course, you can also eat guacamole, but as Christina recently summed up so nicely and I've also hinted here before, I try to keep my avocado consumption rather low.Anyway, the pea dip is a great substitute for guacamole.
